   We keep our clients informed of our stewardship activities through clear disclosures and regular reporting.

Choice for our clients

To better meet the evolving needs of our investors, we offer additional stewardship options:

• AI Voting Choice: a passive voting solution that allows clients to participate directly in proxy voting, where operationally and legally feasible.

• Climate & Decarbonization Stewardship Program: available for funds with explicit climate and decarbonization objectives, subject to regulatory approval, and extended to separately managed accounts where applicable.
